The Scunthorpe Police Angling Club is much like other angling clubs up and down the country, The town of Scunthorpe is driven by it's steelworks base and is situated in the North East, Lincolnshire, it is well known for it's diverse range of angling with many canals, Stillwater's, pits and rivers within easy striking distance giving the anglers in these parts the chance to use many different types of angling techniques throughout the season, we are keen conservationists and believe whole heartedly in the preservation of this great sport, the countryside and the creatures that live within it working hand in hand with all governing bodies i.e. environment agency, national rivers authority, RSPB guidelines, to ensure it's safe keeping and longevity and believe that all anglers should follow in the protection of the countryside and our waterways not only for the good of the sport but for the greater good of all.
