Ultima Sets New Standard in Abrasion Resistance with Carp Lines 
The company’s extensive highly specialised product range already caters for the needs of specialist anglers but another remarkable product has been added to extend the options available to the serious carp angler.
New Ultima Gladiator has been developed using the latest copolymer technology that incorporates a special silicone compound into the line during the production process that dramatically increases the resistance to abrasion.
The combination of new materials and improved production techniques have enabled Ultima to increase the abrasion resistance of Gladiator to over ten times that of normal mono.
In spite of being such a tough line Gladiator is silky smooth, supple and therefore casts easily making it very user friendly and a joy to use. Knot strength and stretch have been carefully engineered at optimum levels, making Gladiator a superb line to use in any carp or specimen fishing situation.
Gladiator has been field tested for over two years with some of the UK’s leading carp anglers and has received nothing but praise for not only its performance but its durability over long periods of use.
Each spool of Gladiator is individually boxed and comes with instructions and a leaflet on line care.
Gladiator is available in spools of 1,000m in a naturally low visibility olive green with a non flash finish to minimise any effect on shy fish in bright conditions.
