Frank Partington pictured here with a magnificent Tench of 6lb 15oz caught on Pennington Flash Lagoon. 5th May 2004. Frank fished sweet corn over a bed of hemp and caster. Using .13 prestons power line hook length, At the time weed growth was minimal but has since grown significantly, stronger line will be needed next time to avoid losing fish in the weed beds.
