Cottington Lakes - Coarse Fishing Holidays Kent

Cottington Lakes has established itself as one of the regions leading day-ticket and camping/caravanning holiday venues. With six lakes which offer a variety of angling to suit everyone from youngsters to speciman carp enthusiasts.

Set in 45 acres of delightful wooded Kentish countryside and offers five static holiday caravans and facilities for touring caravans (electric hook-ups available) and camping. There are showers and a toilet
block, a well stocked tackle shop, the "Kingfisher Cafe" which serves hot meals, snacks and a variety of hot and cold drinks, and the "Kingfisher Bar" with a restaurant area nearing completion.

Cottington Lakes comprises 2 mixed coarse lakes (Alder Lake & Black Lake), 2 speciman carp lakes, (Lake Christine & Lake Pepper), and currently has 2 match lakes. One of these is a 93 peg snake lake with the other being a 30 peg lake with a central island which all anglers can fish to. A third match lake (with 40 pegs) is currently in the final stages of construction.

Lake Christine & Lake Pepper are limited to 8 anglers, and advanced booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. All lakes are well stocked which include Carp to 32lb, Tench to 8lb, Bream to 6lb, Chub to 6lb, Perch to 4lb, Roach to over 2lb, Rudd to 3lb, and Crucian Carp to 2?lb.
